Give a Dog a Good Home

Below you will find a list of dogs available for adoption from Hessle Dog Rescue Service. If you are interested in adopting a dog please call Valeri 07786 248193 for further information.

All dogs adopted from Hessle Dog Rescue Service are spayed / neutered, fully vaccinated, kennel cough, health checked and come with a flea and worming programme therefore a donation of £100 makes sure we can do the same for other dogs that come into our care. Please note that to qualify to adopt you must meet our criteria and pass a home check.

Shandie

Breed:
Cross Collie
Rescued:
August 2008

Shandie was rescued as a young puppy from a group of youths in a very nasty situation. We took her into care and nursed her back to full health. Shandie was later adopted but sadly her owner became very ill and had to give her back to the rescue. This little dog has had a rough time and it would be great if we could find her a safe and secure loving home. AWAITING PICTURE

Maizie

Breed:
Cross Collie
Rescued:
January 2009

Maizie lost her home due to a change in family circumstances. She is a very loving dog in need of a stable home. Her new family must be able to give her a lot of time and love. We would also advise a course of dog training classes. AWAITING PICTURE

Maxie

Breed:
Cross Collie
Rescued:
March 2009

Maxie has a smooth black and white coat. She had a brilliant family and a fabulous life, she was loved, well looked after but unfortunately her family's circumstances changed so much so that she was being left alone for nearly 8 hours a day. She became bored and consequently destructive. Her owners were heart broken when they asked us to take her into care. Maxie is looking for a loving home where she can have the attention she needs and possibly a training class or two.
